The Brief: To support a KOL Ambassador Programme across Marriott’s portfolio of lifestyle and premium hotel brands, working with creators whose content styles felt native, aspirational and culturally relevant — while maintaining brand consistency across markets and formats.
Our agency partnered with another lead agency on this programme, with our role focused on creator strategy, briefing architecture and KOL coordination.
My Role: Built the creator briefing framework for Marriott’s Ambassador Programme, translating brand themes into a scalable narrative and storyboard system used across all subsequent creator executions.
